Q: What is Amplify Youth?
A: Amplify Youth is the local church youth ministry of CT Church, Houston, Texas. For more info see the CT Church website.
Q: What happens at Amplify Youth?
A: Join us for a great time to hang out before service in the Gameroom and Cafe. Then at 7:00 get ready for an fantastic time of worship and to be fed with the Truth in a service where the Holy Spirit is free to move. You won't be disappointed!
Q: What time does Amplify start?
A: Amplify begins and ends every Wednesday night. Doors open at 6:00 PM and service is at 7:00
Q: How old is "too old" and how young is "too young?"
A: Amplify is a place
created specifically for teenagers, so you need to be
a teenager. If you are not in at least 6th grade, sorry
you'll have to wait. But don't worry; we're not going
anywhere, and we are only gonna get better. So relax,
we will see you soon! If you're 19, or out of High School,
the time has come for us to part ways. Unless, of course,
you are a member of CT Church and you want to help us
serve teenagers each week. If that's the case please
see the youth pastor and he'll point you in the right
direction.
Q: Can parents come?
A: We have designed Amplify to be a place specifically for teenagers, but we want parents to feel welcome to see what their kids are enjoying. We have created an open door policy for parents and you may see some of them wandering around from time to time.
Q: Do I need to bring money?
A: The only thing that costs money at Amplify is the food. All of the video games, pool tables and everything else is free. So if your stomach talking to you, bring a little bit of money so you can talk back. Otherwise, relax it's on the house.
Q: How do I get to Amplify Youth?
A: We are located just 1 mile West of Highway 45 on Almeda Genoa Rd. south of Houston. Click Here for a Map
If you are coming from downtown. Take I 45 south exit Almeda Genoa Rd. Turn right. CT Church is 1 mile on the right.
If you are coming south of the Beltway. Take I 45 north exit Almeda Genoa Rd. Turn left. CT Church is 1 mile on the right.
